Late and Missed Appointment Policy

 

Here at Puppy Fort we strive to ensure all clients receive quality service in a timely manner. Appointment times are extremely important to keep the schedule running smoothly. Even just a slight delay can throw off our entire day. We require at least 24 hours notice of change or cancellation. Being up to 15 minutes late will require us to cancel the appointment and it will be considered a no show. No shows or cancelling last minute will result in a bill of 50% of the missed service to be paid prior to rescheduling. This does not go toward the cost of the new appointment. Missing 3 or more appointments could result in removal from our client list. We greatly appreciate your understanding in this matter and look forward to working with you to keep all dogs looking and feeling their very best.
